- Gather and assess client’s business needs and technical requirements and define the appropriate solutions - Work with the sales team to develop and support the client relationships throughout the customer journey - Address customer’s questions in a clear and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction. - Respond to Customer Request for Proposals and Information (RFP/RFI) - Provide customer specific industry domain expertise during the sales process  - Conduct solutions workshops as part of the sales process - Ability to identify customer challenges and quantify the associated value of the TL solutions - Manage and deliver compelling product demonstrations to prospective clients. - Work with product management, internal services teams and external solution/services partners to optimize client value - Provide consistent and effective communication, both internally and externally. - Understand and deliver the value proposition of TraceLink’s solutions

Responsibilities - Direct interaction with customers and other TraceLink departments to understand, document, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. - Contribute to the development of standard procedures and tools for frequently used troubleshooting techniques. - Partner with Product Management, Engineering and Quality Assurance on the timely resolution of customer reported issues. - You are expected to provide shift work for Global Support across multiple geographical locations,  we work in 24*7 model
