A customer has asked TraceLink to provide a dedicated Junior Technical Consultant on-site at their Gentilly, France offices for 12 months.   The Technical Consultant is a key resource on the project implementation team and is responsible for executing technical deliverables for customer and partner integrations in the TraceLink Life Sciences Cloud.  This role requires a combination of technical and interpersonal skills to be successful.   Specific responsibilities include: - Configure customer TraceLink environments using TraceLink best practices. - Act as level 1 support for customer’s users - Monitor the customer’s Info Exchange and perform troubleshooting activities - Maintain customer’s custom Excel based serialization database (will be trained by customer) - Provide subject matter expertise on TraceLink’s data interfaces. - Lead and perform customer testing activities such as troubleshooting, reading error messages and ensuring the expected results are delivered. - Provide subject matter expertise on how global government regulations impact TraceLink configurations. - Log bugs and product enhancements into the TraceLink tracking systems.
