TraceLink is seeking a full-time, experienced sales professional with a hunter mentality to join our team in the capacity of a
Channel Sales Manager.


  • Take primary responsibility for the strategy and execution of prospecting and recruiting “Solution Partners” in North America.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with key partners to build a strong pipeline and ensure targets are achieved
  • Working closely with the Sales Leadership teams internally to leverage partners in the sales cycle and ensure successful project execution
  • Document all partner activities in
  • Assist in the development of partner specific marketing campaigns
  • Drive overall business performance, ensuring partners are engaged
  • Outstanding verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic startup environment
  • BA/BS degree required


  • 5+ years’ experience as a field sales executive selling enterprise software directly and through a partner network
  • Previous sales experience in SaaS, ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain etc. (SaaS preferred)
  • Experience selling into the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences Industry is a plus. Experience with multi enterprise networks, data exchanges or collaboration tools is a plus.
  • BA/BS degree required
