Seeking a Vice President level leader with a vision for building and leading a world-class Sales Operations function to support our fast-growing worldwide SaaS software company.  Will also head up our Sales Development and RFX teams. We are looking for someone with strong process, analytical, and operations expertise.  The successful candidate will have keen attention to detail and be able to provide accurate information in a fast-moving environment. 


  • Lead and manage a large global team of inside Sales Development Reps(SDRs) that partner with our field sales team to deliver qualified opportunities to the account executives
  • Manage existing Sales Operations  team
  • Manage existing RFX team
  • Own Field training and enablement for all geographies
  • Own SFDC and other sales systems and tools.  This includes the management and prioritization of new systems, functionality, & enhancements
  • Establish and refine sales management processes, including key performance indicators and dashboards, pipeline management, and account and territory planning.
  • Provide management with timely and accurate sales reporting
  • Support quarterly and annual regional and corporate operational and strategic sales reviews, board meetings, sales kickoffs, etc
  • Assist with pricing strategy, discount analyses, maintain price list and product families.
  • Partner with senior sales leadership to identify opportunities for sales process and methodology improvement
  • Facilitate successful implementation of new programs and products through the sales organization by ensuring a well-defined, efficient sales process is in place for launch
  • Foster an organization of continuous process improvement
  • Prioritize investments in enabling technologies in support of sales organization productivity
  • Help define the business plans for client acquisition, supply and revenue generation
  • Act as an advocate for exceeding customer expectations, knows how to motivate teams and create high levels of engagement and can manage seamlessly on a global basis
  • Work closely with Product Management and Engineering, providing feedback from customers on product quality and features
  • Achieve high scores for customer satisfaction and NPS related to the support and renewal functions
  • Work with Sales management to develop sales performance metrics and assist with territory management


  • Bachelor’s degree required.  MBA preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • 10 years of Sales Operations experience with at least 5 years leading Sales Operations for global software companies
  • 5+ years of increased levels of sales leadership roles, with Inside Sales leadership experience
  • Detailed knowledge of sales processes, forecasting and pipeline management, renewals, reporting and analysis, SFDC, territory management, and incentive compensation required
  • Strong, proven track record of supporting executive level sales staff with, but not limited to; Executive-level presentations, deal approvals, meeting & event planning/coordination, ad-hoc reporting and analysis
  • In depth experience with SFDC and strong technical and project management skills
  • Strong experience translating learnings from the Customer Success function into actions that help improve product functionality, positively impacting renewals and sales
  • Leadership experience over maintenance renewals offerings
  • Ability to work effectively across departments
  • A strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast paced environment
