TraceLink is a global software company that produces track and trace and supply-chain management software to life sciences and manufacturing organizations. Our software and cloud-based network simplifies business connection, integration, and collaboration with material and product tracking and business communication services. 

 

Tracelink is growing fast (...we increased headcount by >15% last quarter!). To help continue this growth we want a Sales Recruiter to join our Sales Recruiting Team. The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing-to-closing candidates for open Account Executive, Sales Engineering, Sales Development and Sales Operations positions based in the US and our other LATAM, European, and APAC locations. 

 

The team is a focused and friendly, we have a lot to accomplish here, but are always open to support each other. The team are located in the US and UK. In the US the team are in and around Massachusetts to allow occasional office time when our North Reading office reopens. This is a full-time regular position with definite possibility to grow and advance your career here.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage requestions from role opening to candidate closing. You'll manage the process from beginning to end.
  • Creatively source and develop pipelines of talented Account Executive, Sales Engineering, Sales Development and Sales Operations professionals.
  • Drive best in class hiring practices and interviews to close top talent for the Global Sales organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate their recruiting goals.
  • Work with HR, Finance, and Operations partners to support wider company and HR objectives.
  • Suggest and use sourcing techniques including social media, professional networking, and cold calling for both active and passive candidates.  Yes, we are looking for a true corporate side headhunter. 
  • Drive candidates into the process, working them through interviews, and then through the decision-making process. 
  • Recommend compensation packages, extend all offers and close all candidates. 
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with candidates, hiring managers, partners and executives. 
  • Support the larger Talent Acquisition organization to drive best in class recruiting practices for the groups they support.

Qualifications:

  • Should have 5+ years of recruiting experience with mostly sales recruiting experience.
  • Some experience of Software/SaaS/Technology recruiting in Life Sciences/Manufacturing/Supply Chain could be beneficial.
  • Strong networking skills. Must be proficient at using LinkedIn Recruiter and keen to engage passive candidates.
  • Demonstrable abilities in and comfort with cold calling candidates.
  • Ability to manage your time. You will have a lot of autonomy.
  • Sense of urgency is required. Ability to shift priorities as needed.
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should be a team player with a positive attitude. Should have a sense of humor and know how to have fun as part of passionate and supportive recruiting professionals.
  • Must have experience with ATS systems. We use iCIMs.
  • BA or BS degree or equivalent experience required.
