TraceLink is seeking a full-time, experienced sales professional with a hunter mindset to join our team in the capacity of a
Channel Sales Executive/Manager


  • Achieve quarterly and annual channel sales targets
  • Identify, recruit, enable and go-to-market with Solution Partners to achieve sales goals
  • Identify Solution Partners with specific business expertise to develop new markets/segments
  • Working closely with the regional Sales Leadership teams to leverage partners in the sales cycle and ensure successful joint project execution
  • Periodic business review calls/meetings with key partners to identify target accounts, joint account mapping, forecasting, business & pipeline reviews, GTM strategy and positioning of newer solutions.
  • Supporting regional sales activities: seminars/webinars, sales meetings and contract negotiations
  • Document all partner activities in
  • Reporting quarterly results to Sales Management & Sr. Executives


  • 5+ years’ experience as a field sales executive selling enterprise software directly and through a partner network
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Japanese
  • Previous sales experience in SaaS, ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain etc. (SaaS preferred)
  • Experience selling into the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences Industry is a plus.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic startup environment
  • BA/BS degree required
