TraceLink is seeking a full-time, experienced Sr. Product Manager to join our team, helping to build an innovative user experience and network navigation application on our Opus Digital Network Platform. Beyond a simple application, the Unified Experience will be a key asset which helps inform, guide, and optimize the engagements and outcomes of everyone who works with TraceLink. The Unified Experience will transform the results and satisfaction of a visitor or customer working with TraceLink by driving active engagement and value development, leveraging insights and patterns from personas and activities, providing contextually aware content and data, and delivering a seamless end-to-end experience on the TraceLink Network. Simply put, the Unified Experience will enable people to learn, share, and do more on the TraceLink Network. We need innovators and game changers who are ready to change how global life sciences and healthcare supply chains operate and serve patients.

Function and Role

The Sr. Product Manager will be a key member of the team at TraceLink which will completely revolutionize how people learn, collaborate, and work on the global TraceLink Network. You will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Engineering, Product and User Experience, managing products from cradle to grave, justifying new product development investments, determining and documenting new product requirements, and facilitating product rollout.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Serve as the voice of the customer for the product
  • Drive the overall product roadmap
  • Own and document requirements, use cases and specifications
  • Drive for the best customer experience possible. Define product features and functions, and work closely with User Experience team to deliver a world class user experience
  • Present product ideas and user interface designs to customers to garner feedback
  • Conduct design reviews of use cases and user interface designs with Development, QA, Professional Services and other internal stakeholders
  • Author and prioritize user stories for product features and functions
  • Participate in scheduling, coordinating and planning product development releases with Development and QA
  • Work closely with Development and QA to resolve issues throughout the development lifecycle
  • Participate in bug triage and prioritization
  • Review and accept user stories upon completion of development and testing
  • Provide regular status updates on the product areas and features owned
  • Up to 10% travel required

Skills and Experience

  • Technical degree (engineering and/or computer science)
  • 10 years of experience as a product manager or product owner
  • 5+ years of experience at software product companies with a focus on large scale e-commerce, social networking, or online media/information networks, or inter-company commercial networks
  • Experience in building products for large scale cloud / SaaS deployments
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
  • Strong organizational, project management, written and oral communication skills
  • Displays demonstrated ability of effective communication with both technical and business constituencies
  • Comfort in high-level business discussions with executives
  • Strong user experience/design sense, with a record of building great products
  • Experience in designing integrations with business systems such as CRMs, Content Management Systems, Marketing Automation Systems, Digital Experience Platforms, etc.
  • Experience in working on applications involving integration and orchestration with CMS/DXP systems, data repositories and networks, and analytics systems highly desirable
  • Experience designing solutions on or integrating to the Drupal platform is highly desired
  • Strong teams skills with demonstrated enthusiasm and ability to work in highly cross-functional, globally diverse organizations
