    TraceLink is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter in our Mumbai, India office.



    The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for open Engineering positions. This is a full-time onsite regular position with potential for growth for the right person. The Senior Technical Recruiter will play a critical role in supporting our rapid expansion of the Engineering organization in our Mumbai, India facility. They may also provide recruiting support for other organizations including but not limited to, Professional Services, Technical Support, Sale and Marketing.  We are in the process of hiring over 200 people this year alone so we need to add to our great team of talent acquisition professionals.  This is an exciting time to join us and help build an industry leader!  Are you up for an opportunity where you can make a difference?


    The Senior Technical Recruiter will source and develop pipelines of highly qualified Engineering candidates, drive best in class hiring processes, interview, and close top talent. They will be responsible for recommending and implementing creative sourcing techniques including social media, professional networking, and cold calling for both active and passive candidates.  Yes, we are looking for a true corporate side headhunter.  This position will be highly visible and responsible for building strong and lasting relationships with candidates, hiring managers and executives alike.



    • Must have 5+ years of technical recruitment experience. Experience with cloud, SaaS, big data or supply chain a plus.
    • Must have demonstrated ability in cold calling into target companies and off lists.  Excellent follow-up skills and a sense of urgency is required.
    • Very strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing best in class customer service (both internally and externally). Must be a team player with a positive attitude. Ability to shift priorities while keeping a strong sense of urgency.  Should have a sense of humor and know how to have fun as part of a great team of passionate Recruiters.
    • Should have experience managing full lifecycle recruiting for Software Engineering organizations.
    • Must have experience with ATS systems.  iCIMS desired. 
    • Strong LinkedIn Recruiter skills and experience are a must.
    • BA or BS degree or equivalent experience required.
