    TraceLink is seeking a full-time User Experience (UX) Designer to join our User Experience Design team, which is aligned within the Product Management Organization. TraceLink UX Designers are responsible for turning complex product requirements into quality and effective designs for the user-facing portions of our products. In this role, you will primarily work with other UX Designers to ensure a consistent experience across our product ecosystem as well as Product Managers and Technical Documentation Specialists, also aligned within the Product Management Organization.



    • Active participant in UX Design team’s Agile ceremonies (scrums, sprint planning etc.) and processes tracking project status and metrics in Jira, reporting data up to UX Management within a two-week sprint schedule.
    • Collaborate with other UX Designers to execute repeatable design patterns across all TraceLink user-facing products.
    • Maintain pattern/component libraries, style guide, functional specifications, and other internal documentation essential to UX/product operations.
    • Create storyboards, wireframes, high fidelity prototypes, and/or mockups to illustrate product designs.
    • Serve as UX Designer to assigned product area(s), developing deep product expertise and cross-functional relationships.
    • Liaise with Product Management to understand requirements for upcoming features and document designs in Agile-style user stories.
    • Lead iterative design review process with product stakeholders, and update designs based on feedback. Repeat until alignment is achieved
    • Support the Engineering, Technical Communications, and TraceLink University teams in the development of their deliverables.
    • Partner with UX Design Team and Technical Communications to gather product feedback (via user outreach, usability testing, etc.) and analyze, document, and present findings per company’s Usability guidelines.


    Skills and Requirements:
    •  Relevant Degree (User Experience, Human Factors, Graphic Design)
    •  5+ users of experience designing web user interfaces and mobile apps (for Android and iOS) for SaaS-based applications
    •  Experience designing solutions for enterprise software
    •  Portfolio that demonstrates design/analysis skills
    •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    •  Strong aptitude for project management and ability to balance competing priorities



    • Experience with user interface prototyping tools (Axure, Balsamiq, Invision, etc.)
    • Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe suite, etc.)
    • Experience conducting user outreach and/or usability testing
    • Understanding of web user interface technologies (CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
