    TraceLink is growing rapidly, and we’re in need of a highly motivated and engaged individual to support our senior management team as Director, Executive Operations. This unique role will work cross-functionally across the Company, and will be responsible for a myriad of tasks such as capturing and delivering key corporate metrics for senior management and the Board of Directors, coordinating the strategic planning process, and managing other tasks as designated by the CEO. The right person for this role will thrive while juggling multiple projects at once and working with both internal and external stakeholders. You should be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and working with little to no direction.

    • Assisting the CEO with a variety of projects and tasks; partner with the CEO to execute on strategic goals, corporate initiatives and priorities
    • Drive continued growth and excellence by driving business cadence; coordinate CEO driven tasks such as quarterly business reviews and leadership meetings; develop structure and agendas, and help ensure follow through on critical action items
    • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and leadership across TraceLink, enabling effective cross-functional collaboration across the organization
    • Partner with CEO to manage company-wide KPI dashboard tied to annual company goals and targets
    • Project manage Board Meeting planning, preparation, and creation of Board meeting materials
    • Assist in developing internal and external presentations for internal and external engagements, Company Meetings, etc.
    • Work with the CEO to execute on critical deliverables – internal planning cycles, assistance in drafting correspondence, and following up on initiatives to facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively execute on top priorities
    • Work with the CEO and TraceLink’s PR team to prioritize inbound speaking and interview requests for the CEO
    • Participate in the development of and help coordinate the short and long-term strategic planning processes for the Company
    • Manage and coordinate key metrics for internal stakeholders
    • Solicit input from stakeholders across the organization to drive informed decisions
    • Research, analyze, and synthesize information as needed
    • Formulate recommendation and help to drive timely decisions

    ­

    • An MBA degree in Business Management or related field required
    • 5+ years of relevant experience in the software industry (SaaS experience preferred)
    • Experience managing complex projects and operations
    • Significant cross-functional project experience, working with many stakeholders, across departments, etc.
    • Operating experience in multiple departments is ideal
    • Natural executive presence and comfortable working with senior leaders
    • Structured thinker with a strong bias towards problem-solving
    • Able to disagree and commit
    • An extreme growth mindset, driven by intense curiosity
    • Organizational and Process management skills to manage a wide range of incoming requests and responsibilities
    • Ability to create order and direction out of abstract and unclear information
    • Emotional intelligence and the ability to establish strong and trusting relationships
    • Excellent relationship building, communication and influence skills
