    The Human Resources & Payroll Coordinator will process US and international payrolls, as well as provide general HR administrative support to the HR and Payroll Team, including benefits administration follow up support, human resources data entry systems support, general Payroll support and answering employee questions. Works closely with the HR and Payroll team to drive and support ongoing programs and new initiatives.


    • Process bi-weekly US payrolls using Namely Payroll
    • Process monthly international payrolls, working with payroll vendors in 8 countries, including the UK and India.
    • Process new hire paperwork (internal documents, Federal forms, DOT specific, etc.)
    • Receive, review and respond to Unemployment notices, work verification requests and other documents received via mail/fax.
    • Provide general HR administrative support as needed
    • Support HR team in areas including, but not limited to: training, leaves of absence, HR systems, benefits, employee phone calls, adherence to employee manual and state & federal laws.
    • Serve as a trusted, confidential resource for employees across the organization


    • 1-2+ year of experience in payroll a must
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work demands in a fast paced environment
    • Effectively operate and work with latest standard office technology (Excel, Google Suite preferred)
    • Highest level of discretion and confidentiality
    • Must be able to work from the office
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Experience with Payroll and HRIS systems, ideally Namely, highly desired
    • iCIMS ATS experience a plus
