    Since its launch in 2009, TraceLink has developed and deployed the market’s leading suite of serialization solutions for tracking and tracing the trillion-dollar global supply of prescription medicines. Today, those solutions are being utilized by a digital information sharing network of more than 265,000 pharmaceutical companies, wholesale distributors, hospitals, and pharmacies to ensure that patients are protected from the millions of illicit, adulterated, and counterfeit drug products that enter the global pharmaceutical supply chain each year. The company will be developing new products and solutions that will leverage the company’s digital supply chain to continue to drive company growth.

    We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to drive the annual budgeting process, be responsible for developing and maintaining financial budgets and forecasting models, and develop and track the KPIs of the business.  This role will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and will be involved in developing the corporate strategy for growing ARR both organically and through acquisitions.  The Director of FP&A will deliver executive level presentations, advise and support the executive management team, and assist in the preparation of Board of Director presentations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Own and lead the FP&A function for the company, manage a team of three finance professionals.
    • Proactively advise the senior management team on the financial performance of the business, including benchmarking against other SAAS companies, particularly those that have completed successful Initial Public Offerings.
    • Drive the annual planning process, including on-going financial forecasts and long term plans.
    • Build strong relationships with business groups and their leaders across the enterprise, and develop a detailed understanding of their issues, challenges and opportunities.
    • Work closely with Sales Operations to develop the commission and bonus plans that will retain and attract sales talent, while maintaining the KPIs for sales expense (CAC, CAC/LTV, etc.).  Oversee the commission process.
    • Manage the operating budget for G&A and allocated expenses.
    • Manage the preparation of the quarterly Financial Board of Director presentation.
    • Liaison with the investors on quarterly reporting packages.

    Required Education and Experience:

    • BS in Finance. MBA or higher degree/Professional designations a plus
    • Experience working at a public SaaS company ($100M+) with responsibility for the SaaS business model, financial modeling, and financial reporting.
    • IPO experience would be a plus
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Proven leader effective at interacting with senior management and managing teams
    • Ability to develop financial models and accurate financial forecasts and present them in an clear and concise manner
    • Proficient in Oracle EPBCS, SFDC, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
