    Lead customer and partner integrations in the TraceLink Life Sciences Cloud.  This is a highly visible role in the organization requiring a combination of project management, technical and interpersonal skills. TraceLink has built the world's largest cloud-based network dedicated to protecting patients, ensuring compliance and growing profits across global life sciences.  Clients include 16 of the top-20 pharmaceutical companies, who rely on our network to create predictable supply networks.


    • Provide project leadership for customer and partner implementations.
    • Manage other TraceLink resources assigned to project implementations including Technical Consultants and Technical Architects.
    • Manage implementations using the defined TraceLink Professional Services methodology.
    • Manage and report on project status, timelines and risks.
    • Provide clear and effective internal and customer-facing communication and escalation paths and processes.
    • Manage cross-functional, cross-product awareness and coordination of the customer’s service experience, priorities, and needs.
    • Contribute to Professional Services best practices.
    • Provide product feedback as needed.
    • Act as an advocate for the customer for new features and bugs.
    • Stay current with the industry trends, regulations and TraceLink product releases.
    • Act as mentor for other team members.
    • Work independently to meet project deadlines and customer needs.


    Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.  (Note:  Tracelink considers Business Administration to be a related field.)

    Experience:  2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of experience project management experience in customer-facing roles.

    Skills, must have:

    1. 2 years experience implementing software.
    2. 2 years experience working in a cross-functional setting.
    3. Demonstrated ability to translate customer product requests into business use cases in line with available product offerings.
    4. Ability to effectively communicate solutions and requirements orally and in writing to a technical and non-technical audience.


    All experience and skills may be gained concurrently.  Unless otherwise indicated, employer is not seeking a specific number of months or years in any of the skills listed above.
