TraceLink is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support our B2B global demand generation efforts. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations and Automation, this person will play a key role ensuring we are leveraging marketing automation best practices and executing programs of the highest quality, and continually upping our game in terms of analytics and reporting.
Process-driven and detail-oriented, you will work closely with demand generation program managers and other stakeholders. You will have responsibility for accurate Marketo programs—including Smart Lists, database quality and maintenance, email testing, correct use of 3rd party tools and program success reporting—and also help TraceLink solidify our ABM efforts, shape emerging eCommerce initiatives, and determine the necessary infrastructure to support the company’s strategic growth goals.
The role is based at TraceLink’s corporate headquarters in North Reading, MA.
