    TraceLink is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support our B2B global demand generation efforts.  Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations and Automation, this person will play a key role ensuring we are leveraging marketing automation best practices and executing programs of the highest quality, and continually upping our game in terms of analytics and reporting.  

     

    Process-driven and detail-oriented, you will work closely with demand generation program managers and other stakeholders.  You will have responsibility for accurate Marketo programs—including Smart Lists, database quality and maintenance, email testing, correct use of 3rd party tools and program success reporting—and also help TraceLink solidify our ABM efforts, shape emerging eCommerce initiatives, and determine the necessary infrastructure to support the company’s strategic growth goals.

     

    The role is based at TraceLink’s corporate headquarters in North Reading, MA.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in managing the corporate Marketo instance, helping establish and enforce best practices for program setup, QA processes, email deployment, reporting, and more.
    • Own ongoing data maintenance: ensuring clean email lists, optimizing email deliverability, managing accurate audience segmentation, and producing reliable reporting.
    • Manage Marketo integrations, including Salesforce, PFL (direct mail), Integrate (content syndication), On24 (webinar), Cvent (events registration), and more.
    • Coordinate all form creation and data synching with website team and Crownpeak CMS platform.
    • Act as the first-line of Marketo support for queries.
    • Maintain Salesforce reports and campaigns as required.
    • Support ongoing reporting needs, assisting with established data pulls but also pioneering new and improved ways to demonstrate Marketing’s impact.
    • Track Sales’ follow up in relation to specific campaigns and provide feedback.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Marketing or Business.
    • 3+ years marketing with Marketo and Salesforce experience, ideally in a B2B company; Marketo certification preferred.
    • Extremely detail-oriented, and deadline-driven; fanatical about checking own work, with high standards for accuracy.
    • Process-driven, always looking to optimize and streamline processes.
    • Basic CSS or HTML knowledge, and experience with Engagio or other ABM platforms a plus.
    • Solid written and verbal communication, and ability to collaboration with team members.  
    • Passion for thriving in a rapidly changing environment with tight timelines that values creativity and flawless execution.
