TraceLink is seeking a full-time, experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. This is not a sales role- we are looking for a relationship builder who will be our customer’s advocate and work with them to create a positive experience. This role will work directly with Sales, Technical Support and Finance.
The Customer Success Manager will need to become familiar with our various platform operations and processes and will be responsible for growing and fostering trusted partnerships with our customers. This is a strategic relationship building position working with some of the top leading pharmaceutical manufacturing companies, wholesalers and distributors. The Customer Success Manager will be a main contact and subject matter expert with our customers to ensure their overall success and communicate relevant updates and industry changes as they occur.
