    Since its launch in 2009, TraceLink has developed and deployed the market’s leading suite of serialization solutions for tracking and tracking medication, and are now being utilized by a network of more than 265,000 global pharmaceutical companies, wholesale distributors, hospitals, and pharmacies to ensure that patients are protected from illicit, adulterated, and counterfeit products that enter the global pharmaceutical supply chain.


    As a core component of the company’s next stage of aggressive growth, consumers, caregivers, and patients will be permissioned onto TraceLink’s information sharing network through a set of consumer applications which will enable pharmaceutical companies, doctors, pharmacists, and other concerned caregivers to provide critical, real-time information and insight at the point of medicine consumption. To support these global product and commercial efforts, TraceLink is hiring a GM, Global Consumer Solutions who will develop and lead this emerging business unit.


    • Defining the strategic vision, market opportunity and product positioning for all consumer-facing solutions that will be deployed and integrated into TraceLink’s global business lines
    • Owning the business unit P&L and creating an annual operating plan to guide the tasks, objectives, and resource requirements of the group
    • Conducting all market, industry, and product analyses required to determine the feasibility and economic opportunity associated with various customer-facing opportunities
    • Researching and communicating competitive threats and strategic partnership opportunities that may prevent or enhance TraceLink’s ability to access key B2C and B2B markets
    • Defining and executing on the go-to-market and B2C/B2B2C acquisition strategies that will enable the Consumer Solutions group to achieve its objectives and KPIs
    • Achieving buy-in and approval from executive leadership to allocate the personnel and resource investments required to execute on the approved operating plan
    • Ensuring that cross-functional reporting and incentive structures are created and aligned with existing incentive programs to ensure satisfactory completion of business unit goals
    • Coordinating and prioritizing cross-functional activities among various company personnel in order to achieve the strategic and tactical goals agreed to within the operating plan
    • Working with identified business partners to define the product roadmap, release dates, and key features based on market requirements and customer feedback


    • Minimum of ten years of experience actively engaged with or directly leading strategic B2C or B2B2C programs, preferably within the context of roles related to general management, product management, or the strategic marketing of digital healthcare technology
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and owning a business unit P&L while directing cross-functional teams to execute against defined program goals and key performance metrics
    • Demonstrated experience in conducting market and competitive research to develop business unit strategy, business models, and go-to-market plans
    • Demonstrated experience in successfully bringing web-based and mobile applications to a targeted consumer audience, including working directly with end users to gather requirements in order to positively influence product road map decisions
    • Must possess ability and desire to create an influential industry presence while representing TraceLink at relevant industry events as a speaker and/or attendee
    • Strategic thinking skills, in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills required
    • Bachelor’s Degree minimum, with MBA highly desired
