    The Opportunity:
    TraceLink is seeking a full-time, experienced Director of Product Management who will drive the vision, product roadmap and execution for TraceLink’s cloud-based track and trace and supply chain network applications. You will lead a team of Product Managers to define TraceLink’s applications and execute against our plan in collaboration with UX Design, Engineering, Documentation, and QA peers: making tradeoffs, anticipating staffing needs, risks, and ensuring frequent and clear communication internally and with customers. TraceLink is seeking an experienced professional with balanced technical and business acumen, who is looking for a fast-paced opportunity with a rapidly growing cloud company. This position reports to the SVP of Product Management.

    Responsibilities:
    • Drive and build consensus for the product strategy and roadmap with cross-functional peers and Business Management
    • Lead discussions with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, including presentation of proposals, recommendations, product plans, and business cases
    • Lead and guide the development of a team of Product Managers, and help them do their best work
    • Work collaboratively with Solution Marketing, Professional Services, Business Management and Solutions Consulting to assist with the go-to-market for your products
    • Champion a customer-centric approach to product design and development
    • Engage with customers on product ideas and designs to garner feedback
    • Conduct design reviews of use cases and user product designs with Product Management, UX Design, Engineering and QA
    • Work with Product Managers to prioritize requirements and user stories for product features and functions
    • Participate in scheduling, coordinating and planning releases with Program Management, UX Design, Documentation, Engineering and QA Teams
    • Provide regular status updates on the product design and delivery against the roadmap
    • Up to 35% travel required

    Skills and Requirements:
    • 10+ years experience in Product Management
    • 5+ years of management experience with direct reports under your guidance and leadership
    • Experience managing, prioritizing, and delivering a product portfolio to meet strategic goals
    • Experience building and releasing scalable multi-tenant SaaS/cloud solutions and partnering with Engineering teams
    • Experience in Agile processes
    • Ability to manage people and processes
    • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, and ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives
    • Understanding of technical architecture of complex and highly scalable solutions
    • Capable of wading into the details, but can also drive 30k foot view
    • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • History of on-time, quality delivery
    • BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related field
