    TraceLink is seeking a full-time, “Junior Project Manager” to join our team.


    The Junior Project Manager is a key role in the Professional Services Department responsible for supporting customer and partner projects in the TraceLink Life Sciences Cloud as we integrate the customer with their supply partners.  We are seeking people who are detail oriented, very organized, have strong interpersonal skills, and are innovative thinkers. This is a role where you will have great opportunity to develop your skills and career in project management and administration. Specific responsibilities include:

    • Support project administration tasks for customer and partner integration projects using the TraceLink Professional Services Methodology
    • Support document template revisions
    • Work directly with TraceLink service partners for timesheet processing and invoice reconciliation
    • Support Project Managers on project status, timelines and risks
    • Provide clear and effective internal and customer-facing communication
    • Contribute to Professional Services best practices
    • Stay current with the industry trends, regulations and TraceLink product releases.




    • Fluent in written and spoken English.
    • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
    • Highly self-motivated; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, yet also work independently on complex problems.
    • 1 - 2 years of project administration support experience in, or for, a Professional Services organization
    • Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Meticulous documentation of work product and processes
    • Knowledge of MS Project, MS xls and other MS Office products.


    • PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or other Project Management certification.
    • Knowledge of supply chain business processes including distribution, logistics, warehousing and serialization.
    • Life Sciences experience.
