    The Opportunity:

    TraceLink is looking to hire a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Enablement Manager to join the Solution Marketing team in North Reading, MA. Reporting to the Vice President of Solution Marketing, the Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for creating and executing TraceLink’s sales enablement strategy.  The Sales Enablement Manager will work collaboratively across the global marketing and sales teams to ensure that TraceLink’s solutions and overall vision are effectively communicated to customers and prospects.  The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding the buyer’s journey and ensuring that our regional sales teams understand when and how to use our content.  The Sales Enablement Manager will also be responsible for building and executing our global sales training programs, providing industry specific and general sales training.


    Key Responsibilities for This New Role Include:

    • Act as a liaison between the Marketing and Sales organizations
    • Create sales enablement tools and provide input into content, including solution playbooks, sales presentations, call scripts, FAQs and competitive battle cards
    • Train sales team on the best use of marketing and sales content based on the buyer’s journey
    • Manage TraceLink’s sales content repository, ensuring that information is easily accessible for the sales team
    • Develop learning paths and content that is specific to industry segments and sales roles, including training content, assessments and certifications
    • Define and track a set of metrics related to sales readiness and sales content adoption
    • Partner with marketing and sales leadership to identify new sales enablement tools, materials, and training


    Position Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Sales Enablement, Product Marketing or Sales role    
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience building sales training programs
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Project management skills
    • Experience with company-wide program implementation
    • Working knowledge of Litmos or other Learning Management Systems
