TraceLink is seeking a full-time, experienced “Implementation Project Manager” to join our team.


The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for leading customer and partner integrations in the TraceLink Life Sciences Cloud.  This is a highly visible role in the organization requiring a combination of project management, technical and interpersonal skills to be successful.   Specific responsibilities include:

  • Provide project leadership for customer and partner implementations.
  • Manage other TraceLink resources assigned to project implementations including Technical Consultants and Technical Architects.
  • Manage implementations using the defined TraceLink Professional Services methodology.
  • Manage and report on project status, timelines and risks.
  • Provide clear and effective internal and customer-facing communication and escalation paths and processes.
  • Manage cross-functional, cross-product awareness and coordination of the customer’s service experience, priorities, and needs.
  • Contribute to Professional Services best practices.
  • Provide product feedback as needed.
  • Act as an advocate for the customer for new features and bugs.
  • Stay current with the industry trends, regulations and TraceLink product releases.



Skills and Requirements:



  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Highly self-motivated; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, yet also work independently on complex problems.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience in customer-facing roles.
  • A demonstrated understanding of when and how to be flexible, and when and how to be firm.
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extremely high standards for documentation.
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Project, Visio and other MS Office products.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (0 - 30% travel requirement).


  • PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or other Project Management certification.
  • Advanced degree (such as MBA, MS Computer Science, etc.).
  • Knowledge of supply chain business processes including distribution, logistics, warehousing and serialization.
  • Life Sciences experience.
