Reporting to the Global Manager of Network Success, this team lead role is responsible for prioritizing the high value onboarding projects and ensuring that the US Network Success Team is meeting quarterly and yearly goals. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required along with attention to detail. The Network Success Manager Team Lead will be the first line of triage for helping Network Success Managers resolve technical issues (e.g. mapping, file formats, TraceLink Application configuration, etc.), prioritizing projects and handling complex interactions with customers and their trade partners.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Mentor Network Success Managers through complex scenarios involving several parties from different organizations
  • Be the SME and escalation point for the regional NSM team
  • Provide direction and feedback for technical issues
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams (e.g., Services) in order to best meet our Customers’ requirements and support their Partners’ needs
  • Build positive relationships with external technology partners
  • Report on status weekly to interdepartmental stake holders
  • Manage high value projects in all stages of implementation
  • Coordinate the execution of partner onboarding tasks
  • Assist team in meeting goals



  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field required
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, especially with line management preferred
  • Ability to read and work in XML, SAP IDOC, X12
  • Strong teams skills with demonstrated enthusiasm and ability to work in highly cross-functional, globally diverse organizations
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in various group sizes
  • Strong critical thinking skills when faced with new scenarios, ability to see issues though to a resolution
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; enthusiastic team-player
  • Fluent in English; multilingual is a plus (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, Korean)
  • 2-3 years in a leadership role preferred
