Reporting to the Global Manager of Network Success, this team lead role is responsible for prioritizing the high value onboarding projects and ensuring that the US Network Success Team is meeting quarterly and yearly goals. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required along with attention to detail. The Network Success Manager Team Lead will be the first line of triage for helping Network Success Managers resolve technical issues (e.g. mapping, file formats, TraceLink Application configuration, etc.), prioritizing projects and handling complex interactions with customers and their trade partners.
