The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for a full range of activities which improve the productivity and operational effectiveness of TraceLink’s sales organization. Primary responsibilities focus on supporting sales management, account executives, and customer success managers. This includes but it not limited to daily SFDC support, detailed analysis of sales activity, pipeline, historical activity, etc. for the purpose of better understanding the business and driving increased revenue. This position will play a significant role in both operational support and managing relationships with all other internal departments. The ideal candidate will be process oriented, pay close attention to detail, and have superb analytical thinking skills. Additionally this role will require extensive knowledge of sales and business processes providing value-add to field sales.
